When the app then goes to sync, it can’t find the data. This is most likely caused by another app (most often OneDrive) moving the Passwords Plus CS folder out of the documents folder and into the cloud. If you have moved or renamed your database, you can restore your information by selecting File-Restore and navigating to the database file. We have restored the database to default settings. The password database could not be located. Log in with the same sync settings you have been using (which can be found in Sync Settings on your first device). Install Passwords Plus trial from the App store for iOS or Google Play for Passwords Plus.
PASSWORDS PLUS ACCOUNT FOR MAC
Note: Mac purchases are separate from iOS purchases so you need to purchase once for Mac and once for iOS if you want to use Passwords Plus on both. You need to be logged into the Mac App store with the same Apple ID as when you first purchased the Mac app. If your first device was NOT Windows, you will have to purchase a license from inside the app by clicking “Buy or Activate”.įor Mac: If you already purchased a Mac license through the Mac App store, the trial should automatically turn into a full working copy. To turn the trial into a full working copy:įor Windows: you can use the serial number from when you purchased your first Windows device. The sync setting can be found in Passwords Plus under Settings and then Sync settings. Then log into your Sync account using your sync settings (email address and Sync ID) that you are using on the first device.
Next, install Passwords Plus and enter in the SAME Master password as you are using on your first device. If the second device is a Windows or Mac computer, first download the app onto that computer from here. If you want to install Passwords Plus on a second device, here’s what you need to do:
